NP Learning was the first training company to guarantee your New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification.

The guarantee applies to individuals who attend our 4-Day Immersion BootCamp or the 2-Day Face-To-Face Workshop.

The NPDP examination is demanding and difficult, especially if you're not prepared, but if you follow our preparation learning plan, and you don't pass, we will do the following:

1. NP Learning will pay 50% of the examination fee of the second attempt, as long as you have followed steps 1 through 7 in the time specified..
2. NP Learning will pay 100% of the examination fee, provided you repeat steps 4-6 in the time specified and need a third attempt to pass the examination

These are the required steps you must take to qualify for this guarantee:

1. Register and attend all sessions of our two-day NPD Learning and Certification public workshop, or the 3.5-day boot camp, complying with all time frames specified and completing all assignments defined by your instructor.
2. Within three (3) business days of the conclusion of the workshop you should review your calendar and develop a NPDP study plan with your instructor.
3. You purchase and study the recommended reading and reference books.
4. You schedule yourself to take the NPDP certification exam within 30 days of the workshop. We encourage you to pre-schedule your exam before attending the workshop.
5. You arrange for an NPDP coaching conference call with your instructor 7 days before the NPDP examination.
6. If you do not pass the exam, contact our office within three (3) business days with your individual test scores. An instructor will evaluate your results and develop a new study plan to help you pass the examination. You must complete the study plan recommendations and retake the examination within 30 days from the time you received your new study plan.
7. Limited guarantee and liability - This offer only applies to fully paid BootCamp and 2-Day Face-To-Face workshop attendees. Attendees must comply with the time frames specified and complete all assignments as defined by your instructor. There are no other obligations of NP Learning either expressed or implied to this offer.
