NP Learning is the only training company to guarantee your New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification.

The NPDP examination is demanding and difficult, especially if you're not prepared, but if you follow our preparation learning plan, and you don't pass, we will do the following:

1. NP Learning will pay 50% of the examination fee of the second attempt.
2.  NP Learning will pay 100% of the examination fee, provided you repeat steps 4-6 in the time specified and need a third attempt to pass the examination

These are the required steps you must take to qualify for this guarantee:

1. Register and attend all sessions of our 2 day NPD Learning and Certification public workshop.
2. Within 3 business days of the conclusion of the workshop you complete a NPDP study guide with your instructor.
3. You purchase any recommended reading and reference books.
4. You schedule yourself to take the NPDP certification workshop within 30 days of our learning workshop. We encourage you to pre-schedule your exam before attending the workshop.
5. You arrange for an NPDP coaching conference call with your instructor 7 days before the NPDP examination.
6. If you do not pass the exam, contact our office within 3 business days with your individual test scores. An instructor will evaluate your results and develop a study plan to help you pass the examination. You must complete the study plan recommendations and retake the examination within 30 days from our learning workshop.
7. Limited guarantee and liability - This offer only applies to fully paid public workshops attendees. Attendees must comply with the time frames specified and complete all assignments as defined by your instructor. There are no other obligations of NP Learning either expressed or implied to this offer.
