A Foundation for New Product Development Success

Planning and project management are foundation tools on which all successful New Product Development (NPD) rests.   Designing, planning and executing NPD projects require a dedicated and knowledgeable team.  NPD project management is one of the keys to team success, decreased time to market and increased profits.  Risk management, monitoring, tracking and reporting NPD project information are also key topics covered by our workshop.

Each topic and exercise in this course uses an NPD project as the environment in which projects must be defined, planned and managed. If an organization has a customized NPD process we use that context. When organizations are just developing their NPD process, we use a generic version of New Product Development to teach Project Management.
